Valori

The compact cleaning systems made by Wandres can be easily integrated into existing production lines and clean flat glass, solar glass, display glass or automotive glass extremely efficiently.

The cleaning systems are already being deployed throughout the glass industry at many stages of the production process in continuous operations:

  • After destacking: The low-maintenance Tornado Channel TKR 200 removes separating powder from the glass surface without contact. This significantly reduces the load on subsequent washing machines, and in some cases, washing machines are no longer necessary.
  • After cutting, grinding, scoring: The Sword Brush Aqua removes the mixture of small glass particles and water while simultaneously pre-drying the surface in an energy-efficient operation.
  • Before printing, before video inspection -> The Combi Sword Brush removes the finest particles that would lead to visible defects during printing and prevents false positives caused by particles.

Storia

Wandres cleaning systems ensure clean product surfaces and a smooth manufacturing process in industrial production. When particles and dust are reliably removed, surface quality increases, scrap rates decrease, and costly machine downtime is avoided.

Wandres cleaning machines are used in the glass industry, among other things, to remove interleaving powder. However, the machines are also in continuous use in many areas of the automotive, packaging and furniture industries.

Wandres is active worldwide, has a foreign subsidiary in the USA, and cooperates with international sales and trading partners. At its headquarters in Stegen in the southern Black Forest, more than 140 employees use modern production technology to develop and manufacture innovative machines for surface cleaning. In the company's own technical centre, customers can carry out tests with various cleaning systems and evaluate the cleaning results using different methods.
